Shenandoah County Fair- "The Oldest Fair in Virginia" (Final Weekend in August, annually)

New Market Heritage Days (Third Weekend in October, annually)

• Use of Grounds and Gazebo, Only, for an Outdoor Wedding, Vow Renewal ceremony, Bridal Shower or Bridal Luncheon ---$275
• Use of the Interior of the Inn for a Wedding or Bridal Shower/ Luncheon--- $175
• Booking of the Apple Blossom Inn as overnight accommodation for Members of the Wedding Party- Two Guests, $135 per night, plus 9% tax
• Booking of the Apple Blossom Inn as a dressing place for the bridal party before and after the wedding- $135, unless the bridal party is an overnight guest of the Apple Blossom Inn.
• Marriage Officiant Fee- $75

A local Photographer and Florist for your wedding can be contracted by the Apple Blossom Inn. Fees vary according to the services required in the contract.

We do not cater weddings.

A church parking lot adjoins the grounds of the Apple Blossom Inn and the bride would need to consult the church for use/rental of the parking lot. Rental of the Apple Blossom Inn grounds does not include use of the church parking lot.

After a meeting between the bride and the Innkeeper, additional costs for the rental of chairs, tables, arches, lights, insurance, etc. will be assessed. A contract detailing policies and procedures will be signed by the bride at the time of the booking. No rental is confirmed until the deposit is received and a contract between The Apple Blossom Inn and the bride is made.

A deposit of $150 is required at time of booking and is refundable up to one month prior to the wedding date. If cancellation occurs within the month prior to the wedding, the deposit will not be refunded.

The Apple Blossom Inn B&B, itself, may be rented for use as a dressing place for the bridal party or for lodging before or after the wedding. The standard booking rate of $135 is applicable for use of the inn as a dressing location.
